My Balefire Dragon price prediction. Balefire Dragon is a fun red card that has a lot of potential to be really good. first looking at his mana cost many people would recoil and say that 5RR is way to much for red, but because magic the gathering is now slowing down a 7 mana cost creature isn't as bad as it use to be. Balefire Dragon could be compared to be this set's Emrakul, the Aeons Torn because of what it does. After Balefire Dragon hits the player he then deals the same amount of damage to each creature on the opponents field. Now if we take this dragon, give him the sword of War and Peace, or Sword of Feast and Famine which also require contact to use their abilities you then get stacking abilities that work in tandem. Seeing as how Squadron Hawk was able to completely control the field giving a bigger flying creature the same sword should in theory be better.
